They operate 30 care sites throughout King, Pierce, Skagit, and Snohomish counties. The Everett Clinic and The Polyclinic joined Optum in 2019, expanding their services and locations. Optum, a family of nearly 90,000 employed or affiliated physicians and 40,000 advanced practice clinicians, serves over 20 million people. The Urologist will join 4 Urologists, have access to 2 XI DaVinci Robots, and have a schedule that is somewhat negotiable. The average is 20-24 patients per day, with 14 patients per day for procedures. The EMR is Epic, and DAX is available. The Urologist will maintain a 1:1 ratio with RN/MA in Arlington. The position involves treating and managing patients, counseling and educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR. The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k with match, professional liability, commuter reimbursement, CME reimbursement, stock purchase option, paid parental leave, adoption assistance, and Bright Horizons Back-Up Care.
