Implementation Assessment Notes IANs submitted by IDA Countries required to prepare PPAs Coordinate take stock monitor maintain database and file the comments to the PPA Notes and IANs within the team and with other relevant Departments ie OPCS CRO EFI LEG Continue monitoring the PPA Management Tool Support the preparation of the SDFP Annual Implementation Update to the Board and to the IDA Deputies including undertaking indepth analysis of the PPAs for the Board Paper Conduct analysis and prepare graphics detailed tables briefing notes talking points and presentations as input to IDA reports talking points or briefs for senior management corporate units or Board as needed Support the team with highlevel and incountry Program of Creditor Outreach events as indicated by the LeadSr Economist and helping the team with organizing the event drafting choreography etc For a window to be determined Support Window leads reviewing proposals from CMUs regions conduct relevant analyses to determine eligibility and amounts monitor usage of window resources outreach preparation of presentations etc Selection Criteria Masters degree in a relevant field with at least two years of relevant experience Demonstrated significant experience in event planning and coordination skills with good business acumen Demonstrated basic understanding of different facets of operations and linkages with Bank Group priorities Has basic knowledge of World Bank Group organizational structure and its goals IBRD IDA IFC MIGA and ICSID Has basic understanding of Banks development initiatives and policies
