The Job/What You'll Do: Assist with validation of technology risk assessments, process and technology control designs, control gap identification, control evidence, and identification of compensating controls.Conduct audit planning, including creation of audit programs to assess the adequacy of internal controls to reasonably ensure effective and efficient operations and compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Participate in the technology control remediation process including tracking the resolution of findings from internal and/or external audit sources.Recommend improvements to IT processes to strengthen controls and better manage risk.Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather evidence in support of internal and external assessments and audits.Perform and analyze results of 3rd party assessments against contracts and policies.Coordinate with internal and external audit teams, as needed, to fulfill regulatory requirements and obligations.Perform special projects as assigned, while effectively managing time with competing priorities.Provide support to the business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response programs.
