The Urologist will join 4 Urologists, have access to 2 XI DaVinci Robots, and have a schedule that is somewhat negotiable. The average is 20-24 patients per day, with 14 patients per day for procedures. The EMR is Epic, and DAX is available. The Urologist will maintain a 1:1 ratio with RN/MA in Arlington. The position involves treating and managing patients, counseling and educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR. The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k with match, professional liability, commuter reimbursement, CME reimbursement, stock purchase option, paid parental leave, adoption assistance, and Bright Horizons Back-Up Care.
