messaging strategy content audit strategy development and governance information architecture IA card sortingtree testing taxonomy and content modeling keyword research link building and content optimization for SEO and UX as well as migration planning URL mapping and content authoring <li> <li>Developing content strategies in collaboration with the client other internal stakeholders and lines of business on program execution In doing so you will act as trusted adviser on content efforts leveraging insights about business challenges and opportunities as inputs <li> <li>Delivering content programs and projects on time and on budget Critical to this position is your ability to analyze project requirements organize and prioritize tasks identify risks early and manage the content program process efficiently <li> <li>Providing direction and oversight to junior staff and multidisciplinary team members supporting content program execution and guiding their efforts through the entire project lifecycle <li> <li>Recommending new initiatives that drive future client growth and providing an experience that culminates in innovative resultsoriented work product <li> <ul><p><strong>Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>8+ years of experience managing corporate andor client content programs <li> <li>Proven ability to develop and manage digital content programs through the entire project lifecycle including strategy planning execution reporting and maintenance <li> <li>Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders including managing and mentoring junior staff and developing content program plans briefs strategic recommendations and professional communications <li> <li>Proven success managing and delivering content programs with a datadriven approach <li> <li>General experience applying personalization and content strategies including familiarity with components and page authoring within different web environments and enterprise content management systems CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager AEM Sitecore Optimizely Drupal SharePoint etc <li> <li>Familiarity with user testing tools such as Optimal Workshop and design tools like Figma Miro etc <li> <li>Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams while managing multiple often fastpaced projects simultaneously <li> <li>Clientcentric work ethic and ability to motivate and foster a sense of teamwork among project team members and the client <li> <li>The professionalism confidence and attention to detail necessary to earn the respect of client executives peers and position takes into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets level of experience applicable office location training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each
