PPM tool administrator and reporting This includes performing PPM application administrator functions serving as the lead contact with the software vendor supporting PPM endusers and producing project portfolio reports The role requires strong technical capabilities in addition to functional capabilities This role is responsible for building and deploying visual products which can include performance management tools selfservice reports exceptionbased dashboards and automated insights within PMO This position is an expert in data storytelling and dashboarding solutions that help operationalize analytical insights to drive performance with PMO This position will work with key partners in IT to understand data requirements for reports driving knowledge into action and support data driven decision making <p> <p><strong><b>Job Responsibilities<b><strong> <p> <ul><li>Maintains the IT PMO system landscape understanding system architecture and data across the various systems<li> <li>Assists with optimization of the system landscape providing the most efficient and effective user experience for IT Leadership Management and the overall user base <li> <li>Develops decommission plan for systems and data when applicable and lead the decommission effort <li> <li>Provides expertise to troubleshoot determine root cause and resolve complex PPM application problems engaging vendor and escalating as necessary for issue resolution<li> <li>Works with vendor to configure and implement system modifications when needed <li> <li>Keeps all environments ensuring consistency of configuration and data across environments TestingTraining amp Production<li> <li>Creates PPM reports and dashboards working with key stakeholders to define requirements and ensure standardization across various groups and stakeholders using PowerBI <li> <li>Strengthena awareness and adherence to PPM processes through periodic communications to reinforce appropriate usage of processes <li> <li>Serves as the primary backup and provide assistance when required for functional PPM Administration duties including <ul><li>Conducting User Administration functions <li> <li>Maintain PPM user license counts and projections<li> <li>Ongoing creation of projects resources and other system entities<li> <li>Monitors maintains and reports on Resource Management<li> <li>Monitor processing of weekly timesheets identifying discrepancies and troubleshooting issues towards resolution<li> <li>Monitor integrity of project information maintained in the PPM data repository<li> <li>Develop training materials and provide training to users<li> <li>Assist PMs and other users with basic functions of the system<li> <ul><li> <li>Defines data requirements gather and mine large scale of structured and unstructured data and validate data<li> <li>Works directly with business partners to understand the business needs and translating those needs into analytic solutions<li> <li>Serves as a technical resource and subject matter expert for data visualization<li> <ul><p><strong><b>Skills Required<b><strong> <p> <ul><li>35 years experience developing reports and dashboards in PowerBI <li> <li>Working level knowledge of SQL preferred basic queries<li> <li>Demonstrated project management andor portfolio management skills such as project intake demand management resource planning and budget management<li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel macros vlookups pivots<li> <ul><p><b>Skills Preferred <b> <p> <ul><li>Experience developing reports and dashboards in SpotFire or similar tools<li> <li>IT Project Management or PPM Administration experience<li> <li>Experience with SharePoint including implementation or administration desired<li> <li>PMP
