Responsibilities<span><b><span><span><span><span><span><span><span> <p><ul><li><span><span>Guide the creative vision for themed entertainment projects ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Inspire and mentor a team of designers fostering a culture of creativity innovation and excellence<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Serve as the main contact for the inception and design development phases of an assigned project ensuring timely and budgetcompliant delivery while upholding JRAs creative and visual standard<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Motivate and influence the project team to provide excellent and efficient design solutions to custom suit the project<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Collaborate with the Vice President of Design and the Vice President of Creative in setting project design standards creative intent and ensuring their consistent application<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Oversee the design process from concept development to implementation maintaining creative intent throughout<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Assures that work effort both internally and via outside resources is tracking properly in terms of hours and available budget allocations<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Review and comment providing feedback to the project design team including various subcontractors disciplines and vendors<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Travel domestically or internationally as required to support project design development presentations or proposals<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Collaborate closely with project managers coordinators and other departments to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into project execution<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Work with the VP of Design to colead interfaces with other design disciplines and maintain creative intent<span><span><li> <li><span><span>Assist Business Development and Marketing as
