Qualifications include strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation, skilled in using legal research databases and case management software, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to evaluate regulatory and compliance risks, familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise methodologies, strong analytical skills, familiarity with the residential solar industry, prior involvement in the residential solar industry is preferred, demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams, sound business judgment, capacity to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, proficient in Google Workspace products, positive enthusiastic attitude, and legal authorization to work in the United States. The role requires regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands, and reaching, occasionally lifting and moving objects up to 40 pounds, and focusing at close and long distances. The base salary is $60,000-$65,000 USD.
