<p><strong><span>Design Consultant II<span><strong><span> <span><p> <p><strong><span>Reports to<span><strong><span> Design Consultant Group Lead of Services Delivery Leader<span><span> <span><p> <p><strong><span>Department<span><strong><span> Services Delivery <span><span> <span><p> <p><span>Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company shaping digital experiences that enable clinical trial sponsor and site professionals to take full command over the inherent logistical complexity behind missioncritical and timesensitive patient interactions in lifesustaining studies for therapeutic areas such as oncology central nervous system and rare disease <span><span> <span><p> <p><span>Supporting clinical trials means supporting unique experiments that are inherently complex highstakes and dynamic It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients endusers or the systems that client and endusers interact with understand the clinical trial industry regulations Suvodas software products and processes and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question <span><span> <span><p> <p><span style=textdecoration><span>This is a fully remote opportunity<span><span><p> <p><strong><span>Design Consultant II Responsibilities<span><strong><span> <span><span> <span><p> <ul style=> <li style=><span>Work on a crossfunctional project team responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology IRT for randomization and drug supply management <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Design the IRT solution to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol the Suvoda proposalexecuted work order and discussions with the client <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Accurately and completely document all requirements in the specification templates <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications main point of contact for the internal team for all IRT design related questions throughout the build process <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Lead the client review of the IRT specifications and supporting documents making any required updates and obtaining both client and internal approval by the agreed upon milestone date <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Responsible for the UAT plan test scripts and coordinate all required data setup for client UAT <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Primary point of contact for design questions internally and externally during the system build process <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Lead client UAT of the IRT system tracking any required fixes or updates work with the project manager to determine timelines for any system updates required <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Support any redesign of the IRT system or implementation of new features in an IRT system during the maintenance period <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services department <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Assist the product team with the design and development of new features by providing feedback based on client requests and project experience <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Assist the customer care team with providing support to system users as required via the telephone and email <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Assist with the training of new staff members on the Suvoda product and processes <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Perform other related duties as required <span><span> <span><li> <ul> <p><strong><span>Requirements<span><strong><span> <span><span> <span><p> <ul style=> <li style=><span>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Interpersonal and communication skills <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Time management and organizational skills <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Analytical and systematic thinking ability <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Creative problem solving <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Ability to understand technical details and translate them to nontechnical users <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>Attention to detail <span><span> <span><li> <ul> <p><strong><span>Role Levels and Experience<span><strong><span> <span><span> <span><p> <ul style=> <li style=><span>Design Consultant II <span><span> <span><li> <li style=><span>2 years of experience in IRT or related field preferred <span><span> <span><li> <ul><img src=httpsremotivecomjobtrack1907132blankgifsource=publicapi alt=>
