COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS <b><br > Bachelors degree or higher in law technology business or a related field is required<br > At least 5 years of relevant experience in DEampC compliance Data Privacy IT compliance IT audit Data Governance or Technology service management is necessary<br > Demonstrated leadership and management skills including the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse and remote team are essential<br > Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly are a must<br > Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on risk mitigation are required<br > High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information is expected<br > Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including
