Responsibilities Work directly with Portfolio companies to develop and implement growth strategies that are successful, measurable, and repeatable.Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and maximize efficiencies.Manage digital and performance marketing initiatives aligned with the company goals.Leverage KPIs and other relevant data points to communicate growth strategies throughout Bertram Capital and with Portfolio Companies.Assess and recommend vendors and agencies as needed.Evaluate growth opportunities to help guide new investments.Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred5-7 years of experience in a revenue growth role, including sales or performance marketing, banking or consultingDemonstrated experience in business growthOrganized Self starter with excellent communication skillsDemonstrated experience working as a productive member of a teamCompensation and BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is: $180,000- $210,000 total annual compensation.
