• ShearPiontを利用した社内向けホームページの作成• メンテナンス

• 社内システムへのデータ入力

• 社内イベントのサポート

• MS Officeを使用した定型作業

• 請求書処理サポート

• 資産管理用シールの作成

• 総務関連業務

• 社内向けガイド等の発信

Who You Are

学歴／高卒以上

※≪必要なスキル≫

• Outlook• Word• Excel• PowerPointでの基本的なPCスキル

　日常業務は、Microsoft TeamsやSharePointなどを使用して行います。

• チームでの業務遂行を経験したことがある方

※以下のスキル• ご経験のある方も歓迎です

• Excel中級（関数,ピボットテーブル）、SAP S4/HANA, SAP Ariba、経理、WEBデザイン等

• 在宅勤務と出社のハイブリット勤務

• 事業所での総務業務

※障がい者手帳をお持ちの方、経験者優遇
