Summary This position is assigned to Dining Services within Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Department; Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA. Qualifications Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate must possess: Cooking experience is preferred. Knowledge of procedures related to cooking in large quantities. Skill to overcome practical production problems, evaluating final food products, and initiate corrective action. Skill in operation, breakdown, and cleaning of food service equipment used in large quantity food production. Ability to organize and coordinate work. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English. Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
