- Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of A/R processes for acquired or divested entities
- Support data analysis and reconciliation of receivables during transition periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Legal IT Treasury) to ensure smooth integration
- Help document and standardize A/R processes across entities
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to status reporting
- Conduct benchmarking and performance tracking of A/R metrics
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership review
- Financial Systems Knowledge: AR system of record EPM AR Infocenter.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas).
- Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes cash application and reconciliation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Ability to prepare clear concise reports and process documentation.
