Aesthetic Medical Provider/Practitioner (Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner)

Aesthetic Medical Provider/Practitioner – Part-Time, Permanent (20-34 hours per week) or Full-Time, Permanent (35+ hours per week) The Aesthetic Medical Provider/Practitioner is primarily responsible for assessing and providing patients with aesthetic medical services including but not limited to cosmetic injections (i.e. neurotoxins, dermal filler), laser therapy, microneedling, and PDO threadlifts. We are looking for an outgoing professional to be a member of our successful provider team who is willing to support both our patients and staff with their talents. Schedule: Candidate is required to work a combination ofweekday and weekendshifts, to includeopening and closingshifts. Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm One Saturday per Month: 9:00am-4:00pm Hours and shifts subject to change. General Job Duties • Provide aesthetic medical services such as cosmetic injections, laser therapy, microneedling, PDO threadlifts, hormone therapy, medical weightloss, and more. • Proficiency in aesthetic medical treatments and protocols. • Ensure exceptional patient care, educate on treatments, and maintain a sanitized work area. • Manage appointments, promote clinic services, and maintain patient documentation. • Collaborate with the team to uphold a professional atmosphere and adhere to compliance standards. • Keep updated on market trends and treatment techniques to apply best practices effectively • Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients • General Patient communication • Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments) • Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions, and memberships available • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete guest satisfaction • Accurately complete patient documentation • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the patient as a priority • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance • Maintain complete confidentiality in all patient matters in accordance with company policy • Assist with patient check-in, intake, invoicing, room turn over, and check-out • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management • Excellent guest service skills to address patient concerns and provide personalized recommendations • Self-promotion and recruitment of new patients • Case review; results of patient procedure outcomes • Maintain patient base • Educate patients about treatment options and present recommendations • Participate in marketing & educational activities, seminars, events in support of the La Belle Vie brand & philosophy • Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business with patients to understand their goals and objectives and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals • Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to; JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA). Requirements: • At least 1+ years of aesthetic injecting experience • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse or hold a Medical License in the state of Washington • BLS Certification • CPR/First Aid • OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens • Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize with a consistently high level of accuracy • Must be a team player • Proficient In: Internet, Google Chrome, Point of Sale, and the ability to learn new software quickly • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Great attention to detail and accuracy • Consistently demonstrate good judgment, strong character and personality, ethics, and high standards of performance • Experience in medical office/understanding of cosmetic surgery procedures and skin care products, preferred but not required • Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems preferred but not required • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial, but not required • Additional license requirements as determined by LBV • Able to send a portfolio of work, resume and 3 work references to info@ labelleviemed.com • Availability to work evenings and weekends required Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing • Prolonged periods of use of hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear • Able to lift to 50 lbs floor to waist and overhead without assistance and able to assist other team members in lifting items >50 lbs. • Able to stand, walk and work long hours between rest periods. • Able to reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed. • Must speak, read, and write English in a clear and concise manner.
