You could be our next Associate Data Scientist! We are looking for a top-notch solution designer to support our product, sales, leadership and marketing teams with insights gained from analyzing company data. If you are adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action, you have come to the right place.

You have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. You have a proven ability to drive business results with your data-based insights and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. You are passionate about discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE

• 1-3 + years of experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Tableau, Dashboard design and delivery
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Understanding of Programming languages like Python and R
• Excellent problem solving, design, debugging, and testing skills
• Ability to work with multiple different personality types while managing workload within a fast paced, energetic and dynamic workplace.
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage etc.) and experience with applications.
• Experience working with and creating data architectures
• Experience using design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build Tableau-based solutions with advanced tableau functions (parameters, actions, tooltip, modification, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards with end user functionality in mind.
• Work with a diverse group of stakeholders and team members performing high level and detailed analysis, defining and writing programs using Tableau and leveraging the API.
• Perform system integration and deployment activities.
• Prepare support documentation and document program and system functions.
• Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users / business analysts to define technical and process requirements.
