As a Backend Developer in this role you will lead the problem resolution process for our clients from analysis and troubleshooting to deploying the latest software updates & fixes. Your primary responsibilities include:
· 24x7 Observability: Be part of a worldwide team that monitors the health of production systems and services around the clock ensuring continuous reliability and optimal customer experience.
· Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide initial assessments and possible workarounds for production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
· Create and maintain internal documentation for troubleshooting procedures automation tools and enhancement specifications.
· Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates clarify technical issues and ensure satisfaction with resolution outcomes.
· Collaborate with product development teams to propose and implement enhancements based on client feedback and observed system behavior.
· Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline support workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Strong background in software development demonstrating expertise in programming languages such as GoPython and Shell Scripting.
- Operating System Concepts and Virtualization: Hands-on experience with Linux operating system and computer virtualization
- Strong skills in system monitoring issue response and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams for shared success.
