Job Description

As an Installer with Premier Home Pros, you will join us on our mission of Making Homeowners Dreams a Reality by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Our factory direct process makes us the easy choice for the consumer, and we create a team that can execute the finished product into their homes. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring: • Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn! • Reliable work vehicle (truck, van, hybrid, etc) • Necessary tools • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools • Strong attention to detail • Ability to accurately read a tape measure • Valid Driver’s License • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to receive work orders and update our CRM Day to Day Operations In this role, you can expect to: • Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load vehicle • Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport • Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area • Install new bathtub/shower base and solid surface wall surround, update plumbing as needed • Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up following installation • Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to documents to Project Manager. • Daily job close outs and emailed documentation Why Work at Premier Home Pros? If your a skilled professional that is looking for consistent work with the highest pay in the industry, we have the training, coaching, and development to take your career to the next level. • Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests. • Walk customers through finished project and get signed completion certificate Basic Qualifications: • Previous successful experience in basic plumbing and remodeling experience • We will train the right candidate if they have a strong work ethic and a great attitude • Familiarity with building supplies and industry background. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds. • Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (when needed) Additional Skills/Preferences: • Ability to handle physical workload. • Ability to work well in teams. • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
