Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

As a Benefits Professional you will be responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM’s global benefits & absence programs including managing the operational aspects of our vendor relationships also with regards to quality and service delivery. You will work closely together with Benefits Subject Matter Experts Benefits Administrators as well as with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance employee relations employee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.

• Supporting implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefit design changes
• Update HR systems
• Supporting resolution of employee queries routine and exceptional cases
• Ensure overall compliance with following the policy and process documentation
• Provide ideas for process simplification and automation
• Supporting benefits activities for countries supported by the Budapest Center of Excellence Team. This includes (but is not limited to) eligibility reviews certain controls and checks vendor management benefit reconciliations invoice validation etc.

• Further language skills
• Subject Matter Expert or Process Owner experience
