Job Overview:

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and closing company-provided sales leads, mainly for our Latino Market. You'll also be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and closing new business opportunities. If you're a motivated professional who excels in communication, thrives on competition, and is ready to drive financial success for our clients and yourself, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence clients to improve their business operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues in Spanish
• A strong sense of urgency, initiative, and a competitive spirit to excel.
• Emotional intelligence to understand and persuade prospective clients to make the right decisions for their businesses.
• A proactive mindset to achieve deadlines and think creatively.
• Comfortable with networking and connecting with individuals, whether in person or on professional social media platforms.

• A proven track record of success in sales and/or business development.
• A basic understanding of the financial technology industry, SaaS, Payments, and payment hardware solutions.
