Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $425,000–$500,000
• Generous productivity-based compensation model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

• PPO reimbursement rates far above standard California private practice norms

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologists
• 2025 and 2026 Dermatology Residents are welcome to apply
• Active California medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
