Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand the online travel booking process for all systems we support
- Build and implement travel sites on SAP Concur, Deem, Certify
- Maintain, update and communicate changes to the on-line travel tools to provide the best experience for end users
- Consult with customers and employees on best practices when using on-line booking systems; offer SME support for training that may include virtual support as well as "in person" support
- Support and assist clients and advisors of all on-line booking systems
- Stay abreast of new on-line products and make recommendations for continued operational efficiencies
- Work with internal clients to integrate and understand connections between our proprietary and 3rd party travel related technologies
Requirements
- Travel Advisor experience in a full-service travel agency (Preferred)
- Online booking tools experience (Corporate tools preferred)
- SAP Concur technical certification for travel preferred
- Strong focus on excellent customer experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely rollout of client sites
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage interruptions
- Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills
- Flexibility with schedule (some "on call" work required) and ability to work well under pressure
- Creative solutions consulting skills to address individual customer needs
- A general understanding of MS Excel/Spreadsheet data
