Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team and enhance the operational effectiveness of our organization.
The Business Operations Specialist will manage a range of responsibilities essential for maintaining and improving our business processes. This position is integral to managing deal approvals, coordinating contracts, tracking financial metrics, ensuring compliance, and facilitating employee transitions. The right candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively across various departments, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal approvals in CRM, including data validation for opportunities and P&L modeling
• Coordinate contract management in partnership with the BPS/Contracting team
• Track account profitability and financial metrics
• Maintain forecast tracking and hygiene
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Maintain account level employee roster
• Coordinate and support compliance measures within the account
• Orchestrate formal and informal events such as Governance Meetings, QDR, MPR, and Town Halls

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English
• Demonstrable knowledge of Excel, including formulas, macros, and Power Query
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
• Capacity to quickly absorb new information and display proactiveness
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with competencies in interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in working with numbers and complex data sets
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently under tight deadlines while maintaining precision
• Proficiency in collaboration with top management and cross-functional teams
