Junior Operations Specialist

We are currently in search of a remote Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist who possesses a strong command of the English language and has no prior experience in the IT field. The selected candidate will receive training in IT recruiting and will join our team thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the enhancement of the EPAM brand and contributing to the recruitment of top talents
• Managing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
• Collaborating with various stakeholders through effective teamwork

Requirements

• Strong command of English (B2+)
• At least 1 year of experience in any field (e.g., administrative work, sales, IT research)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical thinking with a knack for making decisions based on historical cases
• Proactive and open-minded with an adaptability to business changes
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing simultaneous duties, and adhering to deadlines
• Quick learning abilities
