Job Description
We are currently in search of a remote Junior Recruiting Operations Specialist who possesses a strong command of the English language and has no prior experience in the IT field. The selected candidate will receive training in IT recruiting and will join our team thereafter.
At EPAM Belarus, employees have the flexibility to choose the environment that suits them best. You can work from any location in Belarus, whether it's your home or our offices in Minsk, Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev or Vitebsk.

- Supporting the enhancement of the EPAM brand and contributing to the recruitment of top talents
- Managing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaborating with various stakeholders through effective teamwork

- Strong command of English (B2+)
- At least 1 year of experience in any field (e.g., administrative work, sales, IT research)
