Business Process Intern

About the Job:

Taulia is looking for a Business Process Intern to assist in company-wide business process development, documentation, and electronic storage of company processes for all Taulia employees. You'll be working with subject matter experts to develop and document business processes in each department. This is a 6-month, full-time or part-time internship. We may be a great match for you if you:

• Think visually and logically to graphically represent and document a business process at the appropriate level of detail.

• Have the ability to listen and understand things quickly.

• Are able to work with diverse backgrounds of employees.

• Assist with documenting process concepts in plain language.

• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently.

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Are energetic, eager to tackle new projects and ideas, and maintain positive relationships.

• Have effective communication both in writing and verbally.

• Consult with departments to analyze business processes and support technology needs.

• Are able to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work with sensitive information.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzes business processes with subject matter experts and documents the processes.

• Maintains online content, including coordinating, updating, and maintaining user interfaces, and documenting processes and policies.

• Evaluates emerging process development technology and tools.

• May perform all or some of the responsibilities above as well as other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college

• Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Must be 18 years of age

• No previous work experience required
