Cabinet Finisher

As a Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of construction projects, ensuring that surfaces are properly treated and finished to meet quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes. **Duties and responsibilities** -Sand, stain, and finish veneer and hardwoods on cabinets, doors, and misc. custom items from trim to wall panels and benches as needed. - Touch up wood and laminate products as needed. - Mix and match stains and paints as needed. -The ability to work in other areas of the production floor as needed. -The ability to clearly communicate with Shop and Project Managers about materials, finishes, and any special needs for a project. - Maintain the finish area including accurately estimating and ordering any supplies need for work in progress and upcoming jobs as well as maintaining supplies and machinery. *Lifting will be required at times.
