Responsibilities • Operate hand tools effectively for various tasks. • Assist in the fabrication of products according to specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications • Previous experience in a construction, roofing, lumbering environment is preferred. • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is essential. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. • Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as required. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
