Vacation and Holiday Mileage Pay $0.01 per mile PLUS…. Performance and Safety Mileage Incentive Pay Up to $0.03 per mile • Drivers are eligible for Miles Utilization, Safety and MPG Incentive Payin addition to their normal milage and vacation pay. Paid on a weekly basis. Example:A driver with 10 years of experience may earn up to $.61 per mile. In addition, drivers are eligible for productivity pay for unload pay, stop/spot/drop pay, layover/breakdown pay and detention pay.
