We’re growing our vibrant team and are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and upbeatKitchen Managerto lead our back-of-house operations.

About the Role
As ourKitchen Manager, you’ll lead the daily kitchen operations for a dynamic restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and baked goods. You’ll work hands-on to ensure smooth service, uphold our quality and cleanliness standards, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team that loves what they do.

Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team with positivity and accountability
• Oversee daily food prep, cooking, and execution during service hours
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food cost and labor cost to meet budget goals
• Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leaders on new menu items, specials, and systems improvements
• Foster a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture that aligns with our brand values and hospitality standards
Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years in aKitchen Manager or Lead Cookrole (fast-paced, full-service preferred)
• Experience withscratch kitchensandhigh-quality ingredients
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of gluten-free or health-conscious cooking a major plus
• Passion for clean, sustainable, and ingredient-driven cuisine
• ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Availability to work weekends and peak service hours
