Metal Building Workers [ Welders & Labors ]

Overview We are seeking skilled Welders/Metal Building Workers to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on various construction projects, focusing on the fabrication and assembly of metal structures. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and construction processes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Perform Arc welding on various metal components. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as Grinders, Torch, Screw gun, Scissor Lift and Telehandlermachines for metal fabrication. • Conduct assembly of metal structures, including ductwork and other components. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while meeting quality production Experience Candidates should have experience in the following areas: • Construction site experience is preferred. • Proficiency in arc welding techniques • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to fabrication and assembly processes. • Ability to operate forklifts safely within a construction environment. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. • Experience using various hand tools is beneficial.
