Position Overview We are seeking an experiencedChiller Service Technicianfor our mechanical division specializing in chiller systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining large commercial/industrial chiller and boiler systems. This role is field-based, requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service directly to our clients. Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of chilled water systems, cooling towers, and associated HVAC/R equipment. • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on chillers, boilers, and related systems. • Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently. • Maintain organized mechanical rooms, job sites, and work areas. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service findings and recommendations. • Document all work performed, parts used, and ensure compliance with company and safety standards. • Stay current with industry best practices and manufacturer updates. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC-R with focus on chiller systems. • Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration. • EPA Universal Certification required. • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
