Cleaner/Janitor

Candidates Hours: Monday Through Friday : 4:30Pm-8:30Pm Duties: - Clean and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management - Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed Experience: - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication skills Language: -MUST be able to speak English and Spanish Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
