Who are we?We are a well-established Fiduciary Fee-Only Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm. We are located in Evanston, Illinois, 2 blocks from both the CTA (Purple Line) and Union Pacific (Metra) North Line stations on Davis Street. We are large enough to be stable, while still small enough to maintain a great working environment and room to grow. We are proud of our recent client satisfaction survey results: about 90% of the responding clients are "Extremely Satisfied" and about 10% are "Very Satisfied." What do we do?As an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor, we provide comprehensive fiduciary, fee-only financial planning and investment advisory services. Our primary focus is to help individuals and families reach their life goals by developing strategies and programs that help them achieve their financial goals. Our personalized service and commitment to the highest professional standards and practices allow us to offer expansive and flexible wealth management options. We help families nationwide, although no travel is involved for this position.
What is the job?This financial professional will serve as the liaison between clients and our team of Fiduciary Wealth Advisors. You will support all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation.
Specifics:
β’ Receive, research, resolve and respond to client requests and inquiries.
β’ Manage the paperwork and electronic signatures necessary to serve our clientsβ needs.
β’ Work in collaboration with our custodian firms (primarily Fidelity).
β’ Maintain various firm databases, including our portfolio management software.
What do you need to have?
β’ Highly developed communication skills.
β’ A Bachelor's degree, or beyond, is preferred.
β’ 3+ years of financial services industry experience, or a recent college graduate with highly developed organizational skills.
β’ Proficiency: Office 365
β’ A commitment to doing it right the first time, and then checking to see if it can be done better.

β’ A commitment to acting as a Fiduciary: putting our clients' best interests first, period.
β’ The ability to exercise independent judgment and be self-motivated. You are detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
What you may also have:
β’ FINRA Series 63, 65 or 66 licenses are not required for hire, but Series 66 must be attained in the first 12 months of employment.
β’ Experience with custodians such as Fidelity or Charles Schwab are a plus, but not required.
Other stuff:
Full time, Part Time and Hybrid Office/Remote arrangements are available.
Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
