About ADU Express is a high-velocity design-build firm specializing in ADU development for multifamily properties across Los Angeles. We are part of a larger real estate holding company, meaning we build for our own portfolio—not third-party clients. This structure gives interns rare exposure to both the construction operations and real estate investment sides of the business, working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment. Daily task and responsibilities As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll work directly with the construction team, design team, and the site superintendent, gaining firsthand experience in day-to-day field coordination, construction workflows, and overall project delivery.
