Construction Project Manager

Summary We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities • Ensure business plan is met, including monthly sales, billings, revenue, and margin objectives. • Supervise, train, and coach a team of Estimators to reach sales goals by strategically bidding and winning work. • Responsible for keeping the pipeline of work full. • Build trust and confidence with potential clients and earn their business. • Exceed client expectations and provide complete client satisfaction. • Ensure each project is set up for success with accurate labor, material, and equipment budgets. • Ensure that the General Superintendent and Superintendents have a full understanding of each project scope and client expectations. • Coach and train Project Engineer to ensure permits are accurate, obtained on a timely basis and do not expire – while ensuring inspections are scheduled on time as requested. • Responsible for accurate financial reporting and participating in the monthly project closeout process (WIP). • Ensure that material suppliers meet company expectations and provide the best client experience to ensure each project is completed successfully. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-years work experience as a Construction Manager, or other similar type of work preferred. • BA Degree or higher in field of Construction Management preferred. • Must be able to read and understand plans, specifications, contracts, and directions from architects, engineers, and general contractors. • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required. • Must be knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office software, scanners, and printers. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • OSHA 30 card required • NV Dust Air Quality card required. • Pass the company’s Driver Approval Process required. • Pass mandatory drug test and background check required. • Must be able to lift 50lb.
