Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Renewal Remodels & Additions Is looking for a Superintendent/Project Manager to join our team. The superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction in Pierce, King, Thurston and Kitsap Counties, such as coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The best candidate will have a high level of personal accountability, attention to detail, ability to easily build relationships, organized, ability to easily communicate well with others, takes initiative without prompting, and is very driven. Essential Functions • Oversee & manage multiple job sites • Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization • Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite • Ability to use project management software and other types of technology to support the job • Consistent Communication with all parties (Internal & External) • Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions • Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts • Approval of revisions as needed • The ability to read and understand Blueprints • Responsible for securing of the jobsite at beginning and end of the day Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you willing to commute throughout King, Pierce, Thurston and Kitsap counties?
