Creative Marketing Manager (Duomo)

This mission is impossible without a talented and energetic team, so we seek a Creative Marketing Manager.

Your future focus:

• Managing a creative process, which will lead to profitable and scalable growth;
• Analysis of creatives' efficiency and performance, generating new ideas for performance improvement;
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors' and market leaders' creatives to implement best practices;
• Cooperation with the user acquisition team — ensuring stable delivery of creatives with certain quality and quantity — will have a huge impact on the results of Duomo!
• To build a process of collaboration with creators: scouting, briefing, collecting creative materials;
• To work with creative designers: task-setting, operational control.

What do we expect from you:

• At least 1 year in the marketing field (experience in creative/briefing is a strong advantage);
• Strong work ethics — fast and accurate execution;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Curious about creative strategies, competitive;
• Basic understanding of the performance marketing process.
