Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our Houston-based team. In this Customer Service Representative role, you will engage directly with potential customers on behalf of AT&T, providing information about the latest AT&T products and services through in-person interactions. Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative • Engage with potential customers in person to promote and explain AT&T services • Educate potential customers on AT&T's competitive offers, bundles, and features • Assist customers with enrollment into AT&T service plans • Serve as a product expert, staying current on AT&T’s newest technologies and updates • Work closely with the Customer Service Representative team to meet or exceed sales goals • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by tailoring solutions to individual needs • Represent AT&T's brand values of innovation, reliability, and customer care • Follow compliance standards and company policies • Collaborate with team leaders and attend regular training sessions • Track and report customer interactions and outcomes daily Requirements – Customer Service Representative • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to confidently discuss services with diverse audiences with proper training • A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends • Reliable transportation in the Houston area • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Authorization to work in the United States Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
