Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: β€’ Investigate and handle all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints β€’ Perform data entry and cash handling and relative notes β€’ Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries β€’ Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders β€’ Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.) β€’ Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computer’s customer file β€’ Fill out forms, determine changes for service requested β€’ Solicit sale of new or additional products β€’ Handle customer complaints in a professional manner β€’ Obtain customer feedback information β€’ Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database β€’ Learn product selection to increase product knowledge and company offerings (different types, category location, etc.) β€’ Maintain assigned work areas to ensure a presentable appearance for customers β€’ Any other duty as assigned by your supervisor Qualifications: β€’ Bilingual in English and Korean is required β€’ Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training; or a combination of education and experience β€’ Able to read and write simple instructions and correspondence; effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings β€’ Able to perform basic math, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and interpret bar graphs β€’ Able to follow clear written or verbal instructions and solve basic problems with limited variables in routine situations β€’ Successful performance requires knowledge of contact management, database, spreadsheet, and word processing software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: β€’ 401(k) β€’ 401(k) matching β€’ Dental insurance β€’ Flexible schedule β€’ Health insurance β€’ Paid time off β€’ Referral program β€’ Vision insurance Education: β€’ Associate (Required) Language: β€’ Korean (Required) Ability to Commute: β€’ Vernon, CA 90058 (Required) Work Location: In person
