Customer Service Representative

Are you experienced in customer service within a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and deliver exceptional support to our customers across the U.S. and Europe. In this role, you’ll handle 15–20 calls per day, process and track orders, and communicate directly with customers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, supporting teammates, and helping drive continuous improvement within the department. What We’re Looking For: • Customer service experience in a manufacturing setting • ERP system experience (required); Salesforce a plus • Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and MS Office • A proactive team player with great attention to detail This is an onsite role with room for growth in a stable, supportive company.
