Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining clean and organized spaces, ensuring that our clients' homes are pristine and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in residential cleaning, sanitation, and custodial services is preferred. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. • Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the quality of flooring. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the home. • Assist in organizing household items to create a tidy environment. • Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Qualifications • Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and sanitation practices. • Experience with housekeeping management is advantageous. • Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and effectively. • Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning is preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
