Job Title:Customer Support Manager Job Overview:NLS Lighting, a privately-owned commercial outdoor lighting manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Carson, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service standards, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Continuous improvement of our customer support processes to industry leading support. • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives. • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics and implement improvements. • Train and onboard new customer service representatives. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred) • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
