Will also be responsible for creating and maintaining our material master files. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in master data or call centers. Job Responsibilities: • Answering phones regarding credit application and pending cases • Create and maintain 3PL materials • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by tracking phone call reasons and reporting to management Job Qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. • Experience with data management and analytics tools such as CRM, SAP and Microsoft products • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
