The Opportunity: • Job Title:Dental Assistant • Practice:#TheSmileDoc • Schedule:Full-time,4 days a week(Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend!) • Hiring:Immediate Start What You'll Be Doing: This role is a unique blend of clinical expertise and top-tier patient experience management. You will be the patient's guide and comfort during their dental journey. • Patient Experience Champion:Greet patients warmly, manage appointment flow, ensure treatment rooms are prepped, and keep patients informed and at ease throughout their procedure. • Clinical Excellence:Assist the dentist or dental hygienist with a full range of restorative, preventative, and cosmetic procedures. Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols. • Communication Hub:Clearly explain post-operative instructions, answer patient questions (clinical and non-clinical), and assist the front office as needed to ensure smooth transitions between appointments. • Team Collaboration:Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere for your team members. What You Bring to Our Team: • Experience:A minimum of1 year of continuous experienceas a Dental Assistant isrequired. • Customer Service Focus:You must have a demonstrated passion for and skill in customer service. Patients should feel cared for, heard, and comfortable under your supervision. • Certifications:Up-to-date Dental Assistant license/certification as required by state regulations. • Soft Skills:Reliability, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a proactive and professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to help others.
