Summary: The Manager of Digital Marketing plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s digital presence byleadinghigh-impact digital projects that align with business goals. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a wide range of digital initiatives, including website development, mobile applications, and online advertising. The ideal candidate is adetail-oriented, innovative, andstrategic thinkerwho thrives in afast-paced,collaborativeenvironment. This role workscross-functionallywith designers, developers, marketing specialists, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. Success in this role requiresstrong communication skills, broad digital knowledge, provenproject managementexperience, and a commitment tocontinuous improvement. Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are central to the position, with a focus on coordinating cross-team efforts and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. The primary focus of this role is to elevate the organization’s digital effectiveness, optimize online user experiences, and support leasing and marketing efforts through data-driven insights and efficient digital solutions. Essential Duties: Digital Project Management • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital projects including websites, mobile apps, and other marketing platforms. • Define scope, goals, timelines, and budgets; establish clear project deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. • Conduct regular meetings to provide status updates, address issues, and foster transparent communication across teams. • Facilitate effective collaboration among content creators, developers, and marketing specialists to align deliverables with business needs. Risk Management & Performance • Identify and mitigate potential project risks or roadblocks; proactively develop contingency plans. • Monitor project progress using tools and dashboards, adjusting plans as needed to stay aligned with goals. • Track project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and maximizing cost-efficiency. Digital Strategy & Optimization • Research and recommend innovative tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance digital presence and lead generation. • Audit and analyze all marketing lead sources to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in phone numbers, email, pricing, and images. • Review online presence for multiple properties and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Vendor & Website Management • Collaborate with third-party vendors on website development, troubleshooting, asset delivery, and internal feedback integration. • Support regular updates to property websites, ensuring accurate and compelling content including amenities, photos, and business hours. • Ensure high standards of brand presentation and user experience across all web platforms. Reporting & Analysis • Generate and interpret website performance reports; deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and outcomes. • Investigate and resolve marketing-related issues such as integration errors or incorrect online information. Additional Duties: • Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset. • Occasional travel may be required.
