Job Description

Director of Growth Marketing – Services Industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Generator) Overview As Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of performance-driven acquisition channels—PPC, LSA, paid social, display/retargeting, and affiliate marketing—for our essential services lines: heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and generators. You’ll shape comprehensive digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads, boost conversion rates, and directly drive sales and service revenue across these verticals. Pay Range: $120k-$150k Key Responsibilities • Performance Marketing Strategy & Leadership • Lead the agency management of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing to drive lead volume and optimize cost per lead. • Define paid social strategy (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) tailored to service-specific audiences—single family homeowners—for awareness and demand generation. • Manage display and programmatic retargeting efforts to re-engage website visitors and nurture decision-stage audiences. • Affiliate & Partner Marketing • Build and scale affiliate programs—identify and onboard home-services partners and platforms, oversee commission structures, and optimize affiliate ROI. • Optimization & Analytics • Establish and monitor KPIs: CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS. Drive continuous channel, creative, landing page, and bidding optimizations using GA4, Looker Studio, and ad-platform dashboards. • Conduct regular A/B tests across ad formats, audience segments, and creative variations to improve performance. • Planning & Budget Management • Develop integrated paid media plans aligned to seasonal demand and promotions for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator services. • Manage channel budgets—forecast, pace, and reallocate funds to maximize ROI and meet growth objectives. • Cross‑Functional & Team Collaboration • Partner closely with Creative, Sales/Field Operations, and Web teams to ensure message coherence and seamless customer journey from ad click to service booking. • Lead internal talent and agency teams across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and analytics disciplines. Qualifications • Experience:7+ years in performance marketing roles including ownership of PPC, LSAs, paid social, display, and affiliate channels—within home-services sectors. • Technical Proficiency:Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale), GA4, Looker Studio, PowerPoint/Excel. • Analytical & Optimization Skills:Deep comfort with data-driven decision-making, campaign A/B testing, bid strategy, landing page optimization. • Leadership & Collaboration:Proven ability to lead cross-channel teams, nurture vendor/agency partnerships, and align growth initiatives with broader business and sales goals. • Communication:Clear, strategic communicator with ability to present insights and roadmap to executive stakeholders.
