Director of Marketing

Job Summary: The Director of Marketing of this fast-paced, multi-brand food product Company will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall marketing and advertising strategies for the Company and for its products. Duties include conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing strategies. The candidate will go beyond traditional boundaries and produce the right mix of expected and content-driven media ideas. Key Responsibilities: . Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy with a strong focus on brand building for each of the products of the Company. · Build strong and lasting relationships with our supplier partners. · Re-design & manage company website. · Execute all graphic design work. · Implement & manage direct mail marketing campaigns & Social Media Platforms. · Provide strategic counsel across multiple brands and issues. · Assist in the launch of new products, work with internal and external partners. . Collaborate cross-functionally to execute projects and campaigns effectively and efficiently. . Build and maintain systems and processes to track and report on key performance metrics and use this data to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance. . Manage, inspire, and professionally develop a team of outside collaborators to drive revenue and build strong brands. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. · Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in similar role. ·Must be familiar with food product marketing. ·Solid experience with Adobe Illustrator and any other graphic design systems. · Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. · Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Position Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
