• 10+ years of experience in Product Development is a must

• Experience as Director of Product Development is a must

• Experience in the apparel industry is a must

• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch

• Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations is a must

• Retail and Beauty industry experience is a plus

• Experience in intimates OR seamless construction is a must

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management is a must

• Understanding the plus size market womens fitting and being passionate in making women feel confident is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product development team providing guidance and support throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.

• Oversee the ideation g process.

• Ensure products are developed and sourced within budget and timeline constraints.

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on pre-production activities to ensure compliance with processes and standards.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes.
