About the role

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the Fresh ecosystem to life by building and managing relationships with key pharma device and service partners. You’ll be the bridge between Fresh and the brands that power aesthetic clinics—ensuring every partnership creates real impact for our members and for our suppliers.

This role reports directly to our VP of Operations and works closely with the U.S. leadership team. It’s a chance to shape our U.S. partnership strategy from the ground up.

How You’ll Contribute

Build & Grow Trusted Partnerships

  • Develop and manage relationships with top aesthetics pharma and med-device brands.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities across both product and service categories (e.g. recruitment marketing partners training schools).

  • Lead contracting onboarding and ongoing relationship management for key partners.

  • Manage partner escalations—solving issues quickly and strengthening trust.

  • Work with senior leadership to develop Fresh's Partnership Strategy and assess the current market landscape.

Run Partnership Activations

  • Plan and deliver bi-weekly partnership activations such as trainings product launches or co-branded events.

  • Collaborate with partners to design experiences that educate and excite our member clinics.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Fresh’s operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Demonstrate ROI & Impact

  • Track partnership performance including utilization sales uplift and engagement metrics.

  • Prepare and deliver clear ROI reports and recommendations to partners and Fresh leadership.

  • Continuously identify ways to improve partner satisfaction and retention.

We'd love you to have

  • 5+ years in strategic partnerships role in B2B partnerships.

  • Hands-on experience running trainings events or activations from concept to execution.

  • Strong relationship builder who can manage both strategic partners and operational details.

  • Confident communicator who can handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Organized proactive and excited by the idea of building something new.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and brings positive energy to every interaction.

Bonus Points If You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in medical aesthetics pharma or medical devices managing supplier or key account relationships.

  • Familiarity with the U.S. aesthetics or medspa market.

  • Operational leadership role in Large Med Spa network.

  • A network within pharma/device companies such as Galderma Allergan or Evolus .

  • A “make it happen” mindset and deep curiosity about the evolving aesthetics industry.
