JOB Registered Nurse 2 At Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health (OHBH), we’re seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN2) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional psychiatric and medical care. Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health treats civilly committed patients and other populations served by DSHS. Civil patients have been committed to treatment by the court system and referred to state psychiatric care for treatment and rehabilitation. State treatment facilities prepare civil patients for eventual discharge back into our communities. Working in our Psychiatric Treatment and Recovery Center, you’ll be responsible for making critical care decisions, implementing treatment plans, and fostering a safe and therapeutic environment. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-impact setting and believe in patient-centered care, we want to hear from you.The shifts for these positions are: Position 1Workday : WK: 1 Tue/Fri/Sat WK: 2 Sun/Wed/Thurs Day 0ff : WK: 1 Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs WK: 2 Mon/Tue/Fri/SatTime: 18:30-07:00Position 2Workday : Tuesday to SaturdayDay 0ff : Sunday & Monday Time: 22:00-06:30Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. King County employees are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use. Some of what you'll do: Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all patient care provided.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in the absence of the LPN.Educate patients and families regarding medication, treatment plans, behavior interventions.Report and document significant changes in patient condition.Prepare shift change report.Monitor patients' safety and initiate interventions to prevent harm.Lead and co-lead group activities on the ward.Sign off patient movements.Perform nursing admission assessment.Who should apply?: Professionals with a valid Washington State license to practice as a registered, professional nurse.Interested?
